Traditional Health Insurance

Co-pay and Deductibles

We currently accept traditional insurance health plans for Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Devoted, Medicare, United Medicaid, Tricare, CHAMPVA and Simply Insurance plans.

Multiplan patients can pay the cash price for consultations (see below) and will be provided with a receipt to claim back from their insurance.

We anticipate coverage for the following plans by April 2025. If you have any of these plans, we will offer a 10% cash discount for consultations until we are credentialled with your plan:

A refreshing new change in healthcare delivery and payment is beginning to gain traction as more patients opt for the direct specialist care model. We are currently working on bringing this innovative approach to care to rheumatology patients in Lutz and Wesley Chapel.
